Fashion Week Lake Charles (FWLC) is here to showcase the greatness that Southwest Louisiana has to offer. This is our opportunity to once again, bring to the Great Lake City a fashion experience like no other. We have proved that Lake Charles is a Fashion Week destination hot spot. This is the moment when fashionistas, designers, models, boutiques and the fashion elite collide upon our great city. It is our unique way of highlighting those talents in the fashion industry and for the support of an important cause dear to our hearts, Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF).

JDRF meets Fashion = FWLC

Fashion Week Lake Charles benefits the JDRF, which is the leading global organization funding research for Type 1 diabetes (T1D). T1D is an autoimmune disease that strikes both children and adults suddenly and has no bearing on diet or lifestyle. There is no cure. FWLC and JDRF would like a world without Type 1 Diabetes and this event will further our goal to turn TYPE ONE INTO TYPE NONE.
